Second Chances, Lifelong Care

At Rescue Ranch, every lesson begins with one of our animals, the beloved Animal Ambassadors who help bring our mission to life each day.

Through education, rescue, rehabilitation, and responsible pet ownership, Rescue Ranch works to create a more compassionate future for animals and the people who care for them. Every year, more than 10,000 guests walk through our doors, creating opportunities to inspire respect for all animals and strengthen the human-animal bond.

Since opening Rescue Ranch, we have rescued 189 animals. In 2024 alone, we welcomed 17 new rescues into our care, and in 2025 we rescued 14 more. Many arrive needing rehabilitation, behavioral support, patience, and time. Here, our Animal Ambassadors are safe, loved, and given the opportunity to simply be animals again.

But rescue is more than saving animals in their hardest moments. It is also the lifelong commitment to care for them with dignity, compassion, and empathy through every stage of life.

Because our Animal Ambassadors live here permanently, we also walk beside them through aging and end-of-life care. Every loss is deeply felt by our team, especially by those who care for them each day.

The lifelong care of our Animal Ambassadors allows us to educate from firsthand experience, helping children and adults alike better understand the responsibility, commitment, expense, joy, and compassion that come with bringing an animal into a family.
